How to Add an Offline Donation to Your GiveSendGo Fundraiser

Adding an Offline Donation to Your Fundraiser on GiveSendGo

If someone gives to your fundraiser outside of GiveSendGo, you can manually add the gift to your fundraiser so your total reflects all the support you've received.

How to Add an Offline Donation

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Campaigns and open the fundraiser you want to manage
  3. Go to the Donations tab
  4. Click + Add Offline Donation
  5. Enter the details of the donation received
  6. Click Add Donation

Once added, the offline donation will appear in your fundraiser's totals and donation reports, just like any online donation.

What to Know About Offline Donations

Offline donations are recorded for display and reporting purposes. They do not count toward the $100 minimum required for your fundraiser to appear in category listings on GiveSendGo.
