Adding an Offline Donation to Your Fundraiser

Every gift counts, including donations received outside of GiveSendGo. If you received a donation toward your fundraiser outside of the GiveSendGo platform, you can add it so your fundraiser totals reflect all the support you've received.

How to Add an Offline Donation

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Open your Fundraiser Dashboard
  3. Select Donations from the sidebar
  4. Select Add Offline Donation
  5. Fill out the form with the giver's details and donation amount. You can also toggle on anonymous donation and add an optional note.
  6. Click Add Donation to save
Once added, the offline donation will appear in your fundraiser's totals and donation list, just like any online donation.
