How to Request a Closure and Refund

Contact Us and include:

  • Your fundraiser link
  • A clear request to close your fundraiser and refund your givers
  • The reason you're closing the fundraiser

What to Know Before You Request

Processing fees are not refunded. Refunds cover the original gift amount minus the processing fees from that gift. Any gifts made directly to GiveSendGo are not included.

Currency conversion may affect refund amounts. If a gift was made in a currency different from your fundraiser's currency, it was converted when the gift was processed. Because exchange rates change over time, the refunded amount may vary slightly from the original amount shown to the giver.
