How to Manage Email Notifications for Your GiveSendGo Fundraiser

Managing Email Notifications on GiveSendGo

Both the fundraiser organizer and the recipient can control email notifications, for themselves and for the other party.

How to Manage Email Notifications

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Campaigns and open the fundraiser you want to manage
  3. Click Settings on the Dashboard
  4. Scroll to Notification Settings
  5. Use the toggles to enable or disable:
  • Send email notification to campaign owner
  • Send email notification to campaign recipient
  1. When prompted, click Update to confirm the change.
If notifications are turned off, you won't receive email alerts when donations come in, but all donations will still appear in the Donations tab of your fundraiser dashboard.

If you're not receiving notifications and they appear to be enabled, check your spam folder. Notifications from GiveSendGo come from the @givesendgo.info domain. If you're still not seeing them, Contact Us and we'll take a look.
