Managing Email Notifications

You can choose whether to receive email notifications when your campaign receives a donation. Both campaign owners and recipients have the ability to turn email notifications on or off for themselves and for the other party.

How to Manage Email Notifications:

1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
   
2. Open your Campaign Dashboard
   
3. Click Manage Campaign
   
4. Select Notifications
   
5. Use the toggles to enable or disable:
   
1. Email Notification to Campaign Owner
   
2. Email Notification to Recipient
   
6. Click Submit to save your changes
   

You can update these settings at any time

If notifications are turned off, you won't receive email alerts when donations come in, but they will still be visible in the Campaign Data section of your campaign dashboard.
