Posting an Update to Your GiveSendGo Fundraiser

Posting a Fundraiser Update

Keeping supporters in the loop is part of what makes a fundraiser thrive. Updates show progress, build trust, and give givers a reason to stay engaged. Here's how to post one.

How to Post an Update

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Campaigns and open the fundraiser you want to manage
  3. Click the Updates tab
  4. Enter a title and message for your update
  5. Add photos, links, or a video if you'd like
  6. Click Submit to publish

Your update will appear on your fundraiser page and be visible to anyone who visits. Givers who are following your fundraiser will also receive an email notification when the update is published.

Regular updates, even brief ones, remind supporters that their generosity is making a difference. See Sharing Your Fundraiser for tips on spreading the word when you post.
