Posting a Fundraiser Update on GiveSendGo
Keeping supporters in the loop is part of what makes a fundraiser thrive. Updates show progress, build trust, and give givers a reason to stay engaged.
How to Post an Update
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account
- Go to My Campaigns and open the fundraiser you want to manage
- Click the Updates tab
- Click Share an update with your supporters
- Enter a title and message for your update
- Add a photo (or upload a video from your device) if you'd like
- Click Post Update to publish
Your update will appear on your fundraiser page and be visible to anyone who visits. Givers who are following your fundraiser will also receive an email notification when the update is published.
You can edit or delete a published update at any time. Go back to the Updates tab and use the Edit or Delete actions on the update you want to change.
