Sign-In Issues and Account Lockouts on GiveSendGo
Can't get into your account? Here are the two most common situations and how to fix each one.
Forgot Your Password
To reset your password:
- Go to the GiveSendGo login page
- Click Forgot Password? below the login fields
- Enter the email address on your account
- Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the steps in that email
Didn't receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, Contact Us and we'll help you get in.
Temporarily Locked Out
If you've entered the wrong password too many times, your account will be temporarily locked as a security measure. A timer will appear on the screen. Once it expires, you can try again. No reset needed.
If you've also forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password? link on the login page to request a reset email while you wait.
If the lockout persists or you're still unable to access your account after the timer clears, Contact Us and we'll sort it out.
