Sign-In Issues and Account Lockouts
If you're having trouble accessing your GiveSendGo account, here are the two most common situations and how to handle each.
Forgot Your Password
If you know your email but can’t remember your password:
- Head to the GiveSendGo forgot password page
- Enter the email address associated with your user account
- We’ll email you a link to reset your password—just follow the steps in that message
Didn't receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there. Reach out to our team via the Contact Us button if it's not there.Temporarily Locked Out
If
you've entered the wrong password too many times, your account may be
temporarily locked as a security measure. Wait for the amount of time
shown on the screen. Once you do, you'll be able to try again without
needing to reset anything. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password? link on the login page to request a reset email.
