Having Trouble Signing In to GiveSendGo?

Sign-In Issues and Account Lockouts

If you're having trouble accessing your GiveSendGo account, here are the two most common situations and how to handle each.

Forgot Your Password

If you know your email but can’t remember your password:

  1. Head to the GiveSendGo login page
  2. Click Forgot Password? just below the login fields
  3. Enter the email address associated with your user account
  4. We’ll email you a link to reset your password—just follow the steps in that message

AlertDidn't receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there. Reach out to our team via the Contact Us button if it's not there.

Temporarily Locked Out

If you've entered the wrong password too many times, your account may be temporarily locked as a security measure. Wait for the timer shown on the screen. Once it expires, you'll be able to try again without needing to reset anything. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password? link on the login page to request a reset email.
