The Suggested Tip: What It Is and How to Edit It

GiveSendGo stays free because of the generosity of givers who choose to support the platform alongside the fundraisers they believe in. Rather than charging fees, we give you the option to leave a tip to support our mission.

What Your Tip Goes Toward

Tips help keep GiveSendGo free for fundraiser organizers and recipients around the world. Unlike other platforms, we don't charge fees. Tips from givers help fund platform development, hosting, and mission outreach and prayer initiatives.

Why You See a Tip at Checkout

When you go to give, we include a suggested tip amount automatically. It's completely optional, adjustable, and clearly shown before you confirm your donation.

Edit or Remove the Tip

On the donation page, scroll to the Help Keep GiveSendGo Free! section, then:

1. Open the drop-down menu
   
2. Select Other
   
3. Enter your desired amount
   

The suggested tip is a platform-wide feature and cannot be turned off. Givers can adjust or remove it themselves at checkout. If you set the tip to $0, no tip will be charged.

No Pressure

We believe in generosity without pressure. Your decision to give to a fundraiser is already an act of hope, and we're grateful for it regardless of whether you leave a tip.
