If you have entered your Recipient's information incorrectly, there are steps you can take to update their details. However, it is important to note that changes can only be made if your recipient has not yet confirmed their email address and connected to our payment system.
Here is how to update your campaign recipient information:
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account
- Navigate to your Campaign Dashboard
- Click on the "Recipient Details" tab
- From here, you can edit your recipient's basic information, including their name, email address, and phone number.
- Save your changes.
An email will be sent to the updated email address for the recipient with in instructions to log in and connect to our payment solution.
Please note that if payouts have already been made, you will not be able to change the recipient of your campaign. In this case, please reach out to Support@GiveSendGo.com for assistance.
