Changing the Recipient

At GiveSendGo, we understand that sometimes circumstances can change and the recipient may no longer be able to receive the funds. If this is the case, we're here to help you make a change to the recipient.


In order to change the recipient, we will need confirmation from both the campaign organizer and the current recipient. This is to ensure that the funds are being directed to the correct individual and to protect those who have already given to the campaign.


In some cases, changing the recipient may not be possible. However, we will do our best to work with the organizer and recipient to find a solution. 


If the recipient has passed away, we suggest reviewing this article on what to do in the event of a death.
