Did My Donation Go Through?

You may not see notifications on some devices that your donation was successfully processed. After submitting payment, you will be redirected to the main page of the campaign you just gave to. Scroll down to the recent donations list. You will see your donation posted at the top of the list.


Also, check your email inbox for a receipt and thank you email from us! Please check your spam and junk folders if you don't see your donation receipt in your primary inbox. 


If you do not see your donation at the top of the most recent donations list, or you have not received a receipt and a Thank You email, please email us at Support@GiveSendGo.com before making another donation. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your donation and provide you with a receipt.
