Need to update your gift after submitting it? Whether you want to change how your name displays, adjust your anonymity settings, or edit a message, GiveSendGo makes it easy to update your donation details. Here’s how:
Find Your Donation Receipt Email
After you give to a campaign on GiveSendGo, you’ll receive a receipt email. Can’t find it? Be sure to check your spam or junk folders.
Click the Edit Your Donation Link
In the receipt email, locate the Edit Your Donation link (you’ll see a "Click here" prompt). Clicking the link will open the donation management page, where you can make updates.
Make Changes to Your Gift
Below are some of the things you can change:
Update Display Name: Change how your name appears on the campaign page
Adjust Anonymity Settings: Choose whether your gift is public or anonymous by selecting or unselecting the Hide my name from public view option
Edit Your Message: Update the comment you included with your gift if needed
After editing, click the Update Donation button to lock in your changes.
