Accessing and Exporting Fundraiser Data on GiveSendGo

You can export your gift records from your fundraiser to a CSV file at any time. Other types of fundraiser data, like mailing addresses, comments, and prayer messages, live in their own sections of your dashboard.

How to Export Your Gift Records

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Fundraisers and open your fundraiser
  3. Click Donations in the left menu
  4. Click Export

Your records will download as a CSV file you can open in Excel or another spreadsheet tool. The export includes giver names, email addresses, gift dates, amounts, referral codes, and comments.

Where to Find Other Fundraiser Data

Beyond gift records, a few other types of data live in dedicated sections of your fundraiser:

  • Mailing addresses — Open your fundraiser, click Settings, go to Privacy Settings, and toggle Collect mailing addresses from givers on. Once collected, click View Collected Addresses to see them.
  • Giver comments — Visible on your fundraiser Dashboard in the Recent Comments section. For instructions on replying or removing, see Managing and Replying to Giver Comments.
  • Prayer messages — Open your fundraiser, click Prayers in the left menu, and select Received Prayers. To download them, click Export Prayers.
