Your fundraiser data gives you a detailed view of your supporters and giving activity. From the Campaign Data section of your dashboard, you can access donation reports, mailing addresses, giver comments, and prayer emails, and export what you need.
How to Access Fundraiser Data
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account
- Go to My Campaigns and open the fundraiser you want to manage
- Click Campaign Data
- Enter your account password when prompted
- Click Submit
Password confirmation is required each time you access Campaign Data to protect sensitive giver information.
What's in the Campaign Data Section
Donation Reports
Donation Reports show a full breakdown of your fundraiser's giving activity, including giver names, email addresses, donation dates, amounts, referral codes, and comments.
To export a report:
- Click Donation Reports
- Select the fields you want to include
- Click Export Report as CSV
Your report will download as a CSV file you can open in Excel or another spreadsheet tool.
Mailing Addresses
If mailing address collection is enabled for your fundraiser, submitted addresses will appear here. To learn how to turn this feature on, see Collect Giver Mailing Addresses on GiveSendGo.
Comments/Replies
Here you can view and manage public comments left on your fundraiser. For instructions on replying to or removing comments, see Managing and Replying to Giver Comments.
Prayer Emails
To view prayers sent to you and your fundraiser, select Prayer Emails from within Campaign Data. This section displays prayer messages along with each sender's email address. To download them, click Export Prayer Addresses to save as a CSV.
