Anonymous Donations and Your Privacy

GiveSendGo believes in generosity without pressure, and that includes the freedom to give privately. If you'd like to donate without disclosing your name to the public, you can do so anonymously.

Donate Anonymously

On the donation form, check the box labeled Hide My Name from Public View. Your donation will then appear on the campaign page as Anonymous Giver.

You can also use the Show Donation Name As field to display a custom name instead of your real on without appearing as Anonymous Giver.

What Campaign Organizers Can Still See

Donating anonymously hides your name from public view, but the campaign owner and recipient can still see your name and email address in their dashboard. This ensures they can send receipts and thank-you messages to the right person.
