Managing and Cancelling Recurring Donations

Recurring donations (also called Subscriptions) are a way to give consistently to a cause you care about. You can cancel one at any time.

Cancelling a subscription cannot be undone.

Cancelling a Recurring Donation

1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
   
2. Click Account in the top navigation
   
3. Click My Impact
   
4. Click My Donations if it isn't already selected
   
5. Select Recurring from the dropdown
   
6. Click Cancel Subscription on the donation you want to cancel
   
7. Type STOP in the Confirmation field
   
8. Click Confirm
   

Your subscription will be cancelled and no further donations will be processed.

If you want to continue giving to the same fundraiser with a different credit card, debit card, or other payment method, you'll need to cancel your existing subscription and set up a new recurring donation. Click Donate Again on the donation card to go directly to that fundraiser page to get started.
