Managing and Cancelling Recurring Donations

Recurring donations, also called Subscriptions, are a way to give consistently to a cause you care about. You can update your payment details or cancel at any time.

Updating Your Payment Information

To update the payment method on a recurring donation:

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Donations from your account dashboard
  3. Under Subscription Donations, find the donation you want to update
  4. Click Manage on the subscription card
  5. Enter your new payment details
  6. Click Update Payment

Cancelling a Recurring Donation

To cancel a recurring donation:

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Donations from your account dashboard
  3. Under Subscription Donations, find the donation you want to cancel
  4. Click Stop on the subscription card
  5. Type STOP in the confirmation dialog
  6. Submit to confirm cancellation

Once cancelled, no further donations will be charged. If you'd like to give again in the future, you can start a new recurring donation from any fundraiser page.
