Publishing and Unpublishing Your Fundraiser

Your fundraiser goes live when you're ready, and stays live only as long as you want. You can manage your fundraiser's visibility at any time from My Campaigns—the page you'll see immediately after signing into your account.

Publishing Your Fundraiser

Once you've finished creating your fundraiser, you'll be asked if you want to publish it right away or take care of it later. If you choose to publish later, you can do so at any time from My Campaigns.

To publish, select Publish Campaign on your fundraiser card and confirm when prompted. Your fundraiser will immediately become visible to the public and begin accepting donations.

If this is your first fundraiser on GiveSendGo, make sure your email address is verified before publishing. This step is required before your fundraiser can go live.

Unpublishing Your Fundraiser

To unpublish, select Unpublish Campaign on your fundraiser card in My Campaigns and confirm when prompted. Your fundraiser will be hidden from the public immediately.

After unpublishing, you will see a short survey asking about your experience with GiveSendGo. It's optional and can be dismissed.

Unpublishing cancels all active recurring donations immediately. If you republish your fundraiser, one-time donations can resume, but recurring donations will not restart automatically and cannot be recovered.
