Setting Your Fundraiser Goal on GiveSendGo

Your fundraiser goal tells your story before anyone reads a word. Setting a clear, realistic goal gives supporters a sense of the difference their gift will make and helps build early momentum.

How to Set or Update Your Goal

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Campaigns and open your fundraiser
  3. Click Edit Campaign
  4. Adjust the amount in the My Fundraiser Goal field
  5. Click Update Campaign

You can change your goal at any time. There's no limit on updates.

Set a Realistic Starting Goal

Choose a goal that reflects your current need. If your situation changes or you reach your original target, you can update your goal at any time.

Account for Transaction Fees

GiveSendGo does not charge platform fees, but our payment processing partner deducts a transaction fee from each gift. When setting your goal, factor in the total you'll need after processing fees are applied.
