How to Edit Your GiveSendGo Fundraiser

How to Edit Your Fundraiser on GiveSendGo

Your fundraiser can be updated at any time. The title, story, photos, videos, and goal are all editable from your dashboard. Here's how to get there and what you can change.

Access the Fundraiser Editor

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Campaigns and open the fundraiser you want to manage
  3. Click Edit Campaign on the Dashboard

This opens the fundraiser editor, where every section below lives.

Edit Your Goal

In the fundraiser editor, update your goal amount or goal type by entering it into My Fundraising Goal. Once you're finished, click Update Campaign to save.

You can change your goal at any time. There's no limit on how often you update it.

Edit Your Title and Category

In the fundraiser editor, you can update:

  • Fundraiser Title, the title shown on your public fundraiser page
  • Category, which helps givers discover your fundraiser in category listings
  • Contribution to GiveSendGo, an optional contribution to support the platform

Click Update Campaign when done.

Need to change the name shown on your fundraiser? Contact Us and we can update your user name. To change the name displayed for your fundraiser recipient, see Changing a Recipient Display Name.

Edit Your Story and Main Media

In the Campaign Story section, you can revise your fundraiser story or message.

  • To replace your main photo, click the edit button on the current header photo and upload a new image
  • To add or change a video, click Add Video, then paste a YouTube or Vimeo link

Image requirements:

  1. File format: JPEG or PNG
  2. Recommended ratio: 16:9 (minimum 800x450 pixels)
  3. Maximum file size: 5MB

If your image is too large, free tools like TinyPNG or Image Resizer can help.

For Rumble videos: paste the embed iframe link, not the regular page link. Find the embed link below the video on Rumble.com.

Click Update Campaign to apply your changes.

Add Photos to Your Gallery

Your fundraiser supports multiple images and videos displayed as a slideshow in the header.

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Campaigns and open the fundraiser you want to manage
  3. Click Edit Campaign, scroll down to Image Gallery, then upload images or add links to videos from Rumble, Vimeo, or YouTube

For more on uploading media, see Adding Images and Videos to Your Fundraiser.
