Updating Your Bank Account
Keeping
your bank account information current is how you make sure every gift
reaches you without interruption. If you need to update the bank account
linked to your fundraiser, reach out to us via the Contact Us button from the email address associated with your GiveSendGo account and include:
- Your fundraiser link
- A clear request to update the connected bank account
Once we receive your request, our support team will provide instructions for updating your bank account information.
When
completing the bank account update, you’ll be prompted to enter your
GiveSendGo password. This is required to confirm that it’s really you
authorizing the change.
Bank
accounts cannot be updated while a transfer is actively processing.
You'll need to wait until the transfer either completes successfully or
fails before we can proceed with the update.
