**Issue: Users Locked Out - Too Many Failed Sign-In Attempts**


- **Lock Duration:** 15 mins

- **Solution:** Advise user to clear browser cache/data & restart browser.

- **Steps:**

  1. Clear browser cache & cookies.

  2. Close browser completely.

  3. Reopen browser & attempt sign-in.


**Note:** Ensure user is informed about the 15-minute lockout period as an alternative wait-out period if they prefer not to clear browser data.
