Changing a Recipient Display Name
Need to update the Campaign Funds Will Be Received By name on your campaign? Changes to this name must be requested through our support team.
Before You Start
For Campaign Organizers:
If you're the campaign owner and want to change the Campaign Created By name on the campaign, you can do this yourself—no need to contact GiveSendGo support. Just follow the steps our guide on how to edit your campaign.
For Business Recipients:
If the recipient is a business or organization, make sure to select Business/Organization as the recipient type when adding a recipient. This ensures the business name appears as the display name automatically.
