Editing Recipient Details

When you add a recipient other than yourself to your campaign on GiveSendGo, you're asked to enter their name and email address. As long as your recipient hasn't accepted their invitation, their details are yours to update.

Edit Recipient Details

1. Log into your GiveSendGo account
   
2. Open your Campaign Dashboard
   
3. Click Manage Campaign
4. Select Recipient Details
5. Click the Edit Basic Info button
   
6. Update the recipient’s name and/or email address as needed
   
7. Click Submit

A new invitation will automatically be sent to the updated recipient so they can join the campaign and connect their bank account.

Once a recipient has accepted the invitation, you won't be able to edit their details directly. See Changing Your Campaign Recipient for guidance in this situation.
