How to Find Your GiveSendGo Campaign

Finding Your Campaign

Your campaign is the heart of everything you do on GiveSendGo. Here's how to find it quickly and why it might not be showing up where you expect.

Finding Your Campaign from Your Account

The surest way to access your campaign is through your GiveSendGo account:
  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to your My Campaigns page
  3. Locate the campaign you’re looking for
  4. Click the View button on the campaign tile
This will open your campaign page directly.

Getting Your Campaign URL

Once your campaign page is open, copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. It will look something like:

https://www.givesendgo.com/YourCampaignName

This link will always take you directly to your campaign, even if you aren't signed into your account, and is the best option for sharing.

Why Your Campaign May Not Appear in Search Results

If you’re able to access your campaign using the URL but don’t see it in GiveSendGo search results, here are the most common reasons why:

Your Campaign is Not Published

Unpublished campaigns won’t appear in search or be publicly accessible.

Your Campaign is Set to Private

Private campaigns can only be accessed using a direct link.

Your Campaign was Recently Published

Newly published campaigns can take up to 48 hours to appear in search results.

Info
You may also be wondering why your campaign doesn’t appear in GiveSendGo’s category sections yet. For a campaign to appear in category listings, it must be published for at least five days and have raised at least 100 USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency).

Even if your campaign doesn’t appear in category listings or search results, it is still live and can be shared and supported using its direct link.

If You’re a Recipient

If you’ve been added to a campaign as the recipient and don’t see the campaign listed, double-check that you’ve accepted the invitation and are logged into the correct account.

Still Can’t Find Your Campaign?

If you’re unable to locate your campaign after checking the steps above:
  1. Confirm you’re logged into the correct account
  2. Make sure the campaign is published—see Publishing and Unpublishing Your Campaign
  3. Try accessing it using the direct link
If none of those resolve it, reach out to us via the Contact Us button and our team will take a look.
