Finding Your Fundraiser

Your fundraiser is the heart of everything you do on GiveSendGo. Here's how to find it quickly and why it might not be showing up where you expect.

Finding Your Fundraiser from Your Account

The surest way to access your fundraiser is through your GiveSendGo account:

1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
   
2. Go to your My Fundraisers page
   
3. Locate the fundraiser you’re looking for
   
4. Click the View button on the fundraiser tile
   

This will open your fundraiser page directly.

Getting Your Fundraiser URL

Once your fundraiser page is open, copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. It will look something like:

https://www.givesendgo.com/YourFundraiserName

This link will always take you directly to your fundraiser, even if you aren't signed into your account, and is the best option for sharing.

Why Your Fundraiser May Not Appear in Search Results

If you’re able to access your fundraiser using the URL but don’t see it in GiveSendGo search results, here are the most common reasons why:

Your Fundraiser is Not Published

Unpublished fundraisers won’t appear in search or be publicly accessible.

Your Fundraiser is Set to Private

Private fundraisers can only be accessed using a direct link.

Your Fundraiser was Recently Published

Newly published fundraisers can take up to 48 hours to appear in search results.

You may also be wondering why your fundraiser doesn’t appear in GiveSendGo’s category sections yet. For a fundraiser to appear in category listings, it must be published for at least five days and have raised at least 100 USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency).

Even if your fundraiser doesn’t appear in category listings or search results, it is still live and can be shared and supported using its direct link.

If You’re a Recipient

If you’ve been added to a fundraiser as the recipient and don’t see the fundraiser listed, double-check that you’ve accepted the invitation and are logged into the correct account.

Still Can’t Find Your Fundraiser

If you’re unable to locate your fundraiser after checking the steps above:

1. Confirm you’re logged into the correct account
   
2. Make sure the fundraiser is published—see Publishing and Unpublishing Your Fundraiser
   
3. Try accessing it using the direct link
