Your fundraiser is the heart of everything you do on GiveSendGo. Here's how to find it quickly and why it might not be showing up where you expect.
The most reliable way to access your fundraiser is through your account:
Once your fundraiser page is open, copy the link from your browser's address bar. That link will always take you directly to your fundraiser, even when you're not signed in.
If your fundraiser is accessible by link but doesn't show up in GiveSendGo search results, one of these is usually the reason:
Your fundraiser is not published. Unpublished fundraisers are not visible in search or publicly accessible. See Publishing and Unpublishing Your Fundraiser.
Your fundraiser is set to private. Private fundraisers can only be accessed with a direct link. They don't appear in search. See Set Your Fundraiser to Private.
Your fundraiser was recently published. Newly published fundraisers can take up to 48 hours to appear in search results.
For a fundraiser to appear in GiveSendGo's category sections, it must be published for at least five days and have raised at least $100 USD (or the equivalent in another currency). Note that offline donations do not count toward this threshold. Only online donations through the platform count.
Even if your fundraiser isn't listed in a category yet, it's still live and fully shareable using its direct link.
If you were added to a fundraiser as the recipient and don't see it in your account, confirm that you've accepted the invitation and are logged into the correct account.
