Enabling and Disabling Donation Comments on GiveSendGo
You're in control of the conversation on your fundraiser page. You can turn public donation comments on or off at any time.
How to Adjust Donation Comment Settings
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account
- Go to My Fundraisers and open the fundraiser you want to manage
- Click Settings on the Dashboard
- Under General Settings, find the Disable comments toggle
- Toggle it On to disable comments, or Off to allow them
Changes take effect immediately on your fundraiser page.
