Donation Display Settings on GiveSendGo

Your fundraiser's Settings page lets you control what visitors see on your fundraiser page and what information you collect from givers. All of these options live in one place and can be changed at any time.

How to Get to Settings

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Open the fundraiser you want to manage
  3. Click Settings

What You Can Control

From the Settings page, you can manage:

General Settings:

  • Make all donations anonymous — display every donation as anonymous on your fundraiser page
  • Disable comments — prevent visitors from leaving comments on your fundraiser page
  • Hide donation amounts — show giver names only and hide individual donation amounts
  • Hide total amount raised — hide the running total from your fundraiser page
  • Collect giver phone numbers — ask givers to provide a phone number at checkout
  • Allow users to send prayer messages — let visitors send prayer messages to your fundraiser
  • Hide donate function — hide the donation button so no new gifts can be made
  • Send custom message to givers — send a personal thank-you message to each giver after they donate

Privacy Settings:

  • Make my campaign private — hide your fundraiser from search, categories, and all public listings; only people with the direct link can view it
  • Show no goal — hide your goal amount from your fundraiser page
  • Collect mailing addresses from givers — ask givers to optionally provide a mailing address after donating; click View Collected Addresses to see what's been submitted
