If you’re trying to locate your GiveSendGo campaign, whether to manage it, share it, or check its status, this article will walk you through the most reliable ways to find it and explain why it may not appear where you expect.
How to Find Your Campaign from Your Account
The surest way to access your campaign is through your GiveSendGo account.
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account
- Go to your My Campaigns page
- Locate the campaign you’re looking for
- Click the green View button on the campaign tile
This will open your campaign page directly.
How to Get Your Campaign URL
Once your campaign page is open, copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. It will look something like
https://www.givesendgo.com/YourCampaignName. This link will always take you directly to your campaign and is the best option for sharing.
Why Your Campaign May Not Appear in Search Results
If you’re able to access your campaign using the URL but don’t see it in GiveSendGo search results, here are the most common reasons why:
Your campaign is Not Published
Unpublished campaigns won’t appear in search or be publicly accessible.
Your campaign is Set to Private
Private campaigns can only be accessed using a direct link.
Your Campaign was Recently Published
Newly published campaigns may take some time before appearing in search results.
You may also be wondering why your campaign doesn’t appear in GiveSendGo’s category sections yet. For a campaign to be eligible to appear in category listings, it must be published for at least five days and have raised at least $100 (or the equivalent amount in another currency).
Even if your campaign doesn’t appear in category listings or search results yet, it is still live and can be shared and supported using its direct link.
If You’re a Recipient
If you’ve been added to a campaign as the recipient and don’t see the campaign listed, double-check that you’ve accepted the invitation and are logged into the correct account
Still Can’t Find Your Campaign?
If you’re unable to locate your campaign after checking the steps above:
- Confirm you’re logged into the correct account
- Make sure the campaign is published
- Try accessing it using the direct link
