How to Publish or Unpublish Your Campaign

When you're ready to make your campaign live or if you need to temporarily hide it you can manage its visibility at any time from your dashboard.

Publishing Your Campaign

Publishing makes your campaign visible and searchable on GiveSendGo. Once live, anyone with the link can view your story and give. To publish your campaign:

1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
   
2. Open your Campaign Dashboard
   
3. Click Publish Campaign
   
4. Toggle the switch to Publish Campaign
   
5. Click Submit
   

Note: If you're publishing your very first campaign on GiveSendGo, make sure your email address is verified first—this step is required before your campaign can go live

Unpublishing Your Campaign

Need to pause donations or make updates privately? You can unpublish your campaign at any time. When a campaign is unpublished:

1. It will no longer appear in search results
   
2. Visitors using the direct link will see an “unpublished” message
   
3. Donations will be paused until you publish again
   

To unpublish your campaign:

1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
   
2. Open your Campaign Dashboard
   
3. Click Unpublish Campaign
   
4. Toggle the switch to Unpublish Campaign
   
5. Click Submit
   
6. Type UNPUBLISH in the text box that appears (you must do this in all caps)
   
7. Click Confirm

Once unpublished, only you can view the campaign from your dashboard.
