How to Create Updates to Your GiveSendGo Fundraiser

Posting an Update to Your Fundraiser

Keeping supporters in the loop is part of what makes a fundraiser thrive. GiveSendGo makes it easy to share progress updates directly from your fundraiser's Dashboard.

How to Post an Update

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Open your Fundraiser Dashboard
  3. Select Updates from the sidebar
  4. Click the Share an update with your supporters... field to open the Update form
  5. Enter an Update Title and your Update Content
  6. You can also attach an optional image
    1. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP
  7. Click Post Update when you're ready
Your update will appear on your fundraiser page and be visible to visitors. Anyone following your fundraiser will also receive an email notification when it's published.
