Publishing and Unpublishing Your Campaign
You can manage your campaign's visibility at any time from your dashboard, whether you're ready to go live or need to temporarily take it down.
Publishing Your Campaign
Publishing
makes your campaign visible and searchable on GiveSendGo. Once live,
anyone with the link can view your story and give. To publish your campaign:
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account
- Open your Campaign Dashboard
- Click Publish Campaign
- Toggle the switch to Publish Campaign
- Click Submit
Note:
If this is your very first campaign on GiveSendGo, make sure
your email address is verified first. This step is required before your
campaign can go live.Unpublishing Your Campaign
Need to pause donations or make edits privately? You can unpublish your campaign at any time. When a campaign is unpublished:
- It will no longer appear in search results
- Visitors to your page will see an “unpublished” message
- Your campaign will stop accepting donations
To unpublish your campaign:
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account
- Open your Campaign Dashboard
- Click Unpublish Campaign
- Toggle the switch to Unpublish Campaign
- Click Submit
- Type UNPUBLISH in the text box that appears (you must do this in all caps)
- Click Confirm
Unpublishing cancels all active recurring donations immediately. If you republish your campaign, one-time donations can resume, but recurring donations will not restart automatically and cannot be recovered.
