When you initiate a transfer (also called a payout) on GiveSendGo, it moves through a series of statuses as it's processed. Here's what each one means, including what to do if a transfer is paused or denied.
Processing means the transfer has been initiated and accepted. Most transfers complete within 2-3 business days and don't require any action from you. The status will update to Transferred once complete.
While a transfer is processing, the transfer details and connected bank account cannot be changed.
Paused means the transfer cannot move forward until additional information is received or a review is completed. If your transfer is paused, you'll receive an email explaining what's needed. Once the issue is resolved, the transfer will resume automatically.
If you receive a notice that your transfer has been paused and have questions about what's required, Contact Us and we'll walk you through it.
Transferred means your funds have been sent to your connected bank account. When the funds appear in your account depends on your bank's posting schedule, which is typically 1-2 business days after the transfer is sent.
To check the status of a transfer:
Your transfer history and current status are listed there. The Transfers tab also shows a balance breakdown: Total Raised, Current Available Balance, Being Processed, Transaction Fees, and Transferred.
If something doesn't look right or a transfer hasn't arrived after 5 business days, Contact Us with your fundraiser link and we'll trace it. For more on how transfers work, see How Transfers Work on GiveSendGo.
