Understanding Transfer Statuses

When you initiate a transfer, its status will update as it moves through different stages.

Processing

Processing means the transfer has been initiated and accepted by our payout system. Most transfers finish processing within 2–3 business days and don't require any action from you. The status will update to Transferred automatically once complete.
Info
While a transfer is processing, the connected bank account can't be changed.

On Hold

On Hold means the transfer can't move forward until additional information is received or a review is completed. If this happens, you'll receive an email from our team explaining what's needed. Once the hold is resolved, your transfer will resume automatically.

Transferred

Transferred means your transfer has been sent to your connected bank account. When the funds appear in your account depends on your bank's posting schedule.
