My Payout Amount Was Different Than Expected

Our payout specialists take several factors into consideration when deciding payout amounts, especially for the first payout, including the length of time since a donation was made, as well as other factors. 

Our payout team may decide to hold recent donations longer, as well as larger recent donations, in order to mitigate the risk of potential disputes. If a donation to your campaign is disputed, the amount of the donation is removed from your available balance until the dispute is resolved. If there is no available balance, the disputed amount may be withdrawn from your connected bank account. In order to prevent this from occurring, our payout team may take added precautions not to pay out your full balance right away.
