You can choose whether or not to allow givers and visitors to post comments to your GiveSendGo page. To adjust this setting, follow these steps:
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account and click on your Campaign Dashboard.
- Click Manage Campaign and select Donation Settings from the drop-down list.
- Toggle the on/off switch next to "Do not allow comments" to your preferred setting.
When switched on, givers and visitors will not be able to post comments to your GiveSendGo campaign page. When switched off, givers and visitors will have the ability to post comments to your campaign page that will be visible to anyone visiting your page.
From this settings page, you can also make all givers to your campaign anonymous, show the giver's name with/without the donation amount displayed, or show/hide the total amount raised.
