To receive notifications when your GiveSendGo campaign receives a donation, ensure your email notifications are turned on. Follow these steps to adjust the email notification settings for your GiveSendGo account:

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account.
  2. Navigate to the dashboard for the campaign you want to manage.
  3. Click on the "Manage Campaign" button.
  4. Select "Notifications" from the menu.
  5. In the "Send Email Notifications?" section, choose "Yes" to turn on email notifications or "No" to turn them off.
  6. Click "Submit" to save your changes or "Cancel" to discard any changes.

Note: Email notifications will inform you of any new donations received by your campaign. If you turn off these notifications, you may miss important updates about the progress of your campaign.
