To receive notifications when your GiveSendGo campaign receives a donation, ensure your email notifications are turned on. Follow these steps to adjust the email notification settings for your GiveSendGo account:
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account.
- Navigate to the dashboard for the campaign you want to manage.
- Click on the "Manage Campaign" button.
- Select "Notifications" from the menu.
- In the "Send Email Notifications?" section, choose "Yes" to turn on email notifications or "No" to turn them off.
- Click "Submit" to save your changes or "Cancel" to discard any changes.
Note: Email notifications will inform you of any new donations received by your campaign. If you turn off these notifications, you may miss important updates about the progress of your campaign.
