When you add a recipient other than yourself to your campaign on GiveSendGo, you're asked to enter their name and email address. If they haven’t accepted the invitation yet, you can edit these details. Here’s how to do it:
Edit Recipient Details
If the recipient has not yet connected their bank account via the invitation:
Log in to your GiveSendGo account
Navigate to the dashboard of the campaign in question
Click the Recipient Details tab under Manage Campaign
Click the green Edit Basic Info button
Once you do, you can update the recipient’s name and email address
Hit Submit
A new invitation will automatically be emailed to the updated recipient for them to join the campaign and connect their bank account.
Good to Know
You can only edit the recipient's details if they have not yet accepted the invitation.
