Donation Reports: Managing Your Campaign Data

Managing your campaign data is essential for effectively organizing and tracking your campaign's progress. The "Campaign Data" section in your campaign dashboard provides access to crucial information such as donation reports, comments/replies, mailing addresses, and prayer emails. Here's an overview of each feature and how to access them:

Accessing Your Campaign Data

1. Log in: Access your GiveSendGo account.
2. Navigate to Your Campaign: From the User Dashboard, under My Campaigns, find your campaign and click the "Campaign Dashboard" button.
3. Enter Campaign Data Section: Click on "Campaign Data". For security purposes, you will be prompted to enter your password.

Donation Report

• Access Donation Report: In the Campaign Data dropdown list, click on "Donation Report."
• Details Provided: The report contains the donation ID, amount, date, name, email address, comment, and referral code.
• Download Report: Click on the "Download" button to download the report.

Comments/Replies

• Access Comments/Replies: In the Campaign Data dropdown list, click on "Comments/Replies."
• Manage Comments: This section displays all donation comments and allows organizers to delete or reply to comments.
• Edit Donor Comment: To edit a donor comment, please email us at support@givesendgo.com for assistance.

Mailing Addresses

• Access Mailing Addresses: In the Campaign Data dropdown list, click on "Mailing Addresses."
• View Collected Addresses: If mailing addresses were enabled on the donation forms, the collected addresses will appear in this section.
• Download Addresses: Click on the "Download" button to download mailing addresses.

Prayer Emails

• Access Prayer Emails: In the Campaign Data dropdown list, click on "Prayer Emails."
• View Prayer Messages: This section contains all received prayer messages, along with the sender's email address.

By using these features, you can easily manage and analyze your campaign's data to better understand its performance and communicate with your supporters.
