To remove or reply to a donation comment on your campaign page:
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account and navigate to your Campaign Dashboard.
- Click on the Campaign Data tab.
- In the drop-down menu under Campaign Data, select Comments/Replies.
- To delete a comment, select the trash icon next to the comment.
- To reply to a comment, click reply, enter the text for the reply, and click Submit.
Note:
- Only Donors can edit their donation comments. They can do so by clicking the link provided in their receipt that was emailed to them.
- Organizers and recipients cannot edit comments from the dashboard. If you need to correct a comment or remove private information from a comment, please email our support team to request a comment edit.
