How to Edit, Remove, and Reply to Donation Comments

Managing comments on your campaign page is easy. Follow these steps to remove or reply to a donation comment:

Removing a Comment

  1. Log In: Access your GiveSendGo account and navigate to your Campaign Dashboard.

  2. Access Comments: Click on the Campaign Data tab.

  3. Select Comments/Replies: In the dropdown menu under Campaign Data, select Comments/Replies.

  4. Delete Comment: Click the trash icon next to the comment you want to remove.

Replying to a Comment

  1. Log In: Access your GiveSendGo account and navigate to your Campaign Dashboard.

  2. Access Comments: Click on the Campaign Data tab.

  3. Select Comments/Replies: In the dropdown menu under Campaign Data, select Comments/Replies.

  4. Reply to Comment: Click Reply, enter your response, and click Submit.

Important Notes:

  • Editing Comments: Only donors can edit their donation comments. They can do so by clicking the link provided in the receipt emailed to them.

  • Organizer Limitations: Organizers and recipients cannot edit comments from the dashboard. If you need to correct a comment or remove private information, please email our support team at support@givesendgo.com to request a comment edit.
