Whether you're ready to launch your campaign or simply want to make it no longer visible, GiveSendGo makes it easy to manage your campaign's visibility.
Publishing Your Campaign
Publishing your campaign makes it visible and searchable on GiveSendGo. Once published, your campaign will appear on the Categories page and be accessible to anyone with the link. People will be able to view your campaign, read your story, and make donations.
To publish your campaign, follow these steps:
Log into your GiveSendGo account
Open your Campaign Dashboard
Click on Publish Campaign
Toggle the switch to On
Click Submit
Note: If you're publishing your very first campaign on GiveSendGo, make sure your email address is verified first—this step is required before the campaign can go live.
Unpublishing Your Campaign
Need to make changes or pause donations? You can by unpublishing your campaign. You can do this whenever necessary. This will hide it from the Categories page and search results. Anyone with the direct link will see an "unpublished" message and won’t be able to donate until you're re-published the campaign.
To unpublish your campaign:
Log into your GiveSendGo account
Open your Campaign Dashboard
Click on Unpublish Campaign
Toggle the switch to Off
Click Submit
Your campaign will now be visible only to you.
