By default, the setting to collect Giver mailing addresses is not enabled on GiveSendGo. If you wish to collect mailing addresses from your Givers, follow these steps:
Access your GiveSendGo account.
Navigate to your Campaign Dashboard.
Go to the "Manage Campaign" section.
Find the "Donation Settings" tab.
Locate the setting "Would you like to collect mailing addresses of Givers?" and enable it.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Once this setting is enabled, Givers will be prompted to enter their mailing addresses after making their donation.
