By default, the setting to collect Giver mailing addresses is not enabled on GiveSendGo. If you wish to collect mailing addresses from your Givers, follow these steps:
Login: Access your GiveSendGo account.
Campaign Dashboard: Navigate to your Campaign Dashboard.
Manage Campaign: Go to the "Manage Campaign" section.
Donation Settings: Find the "Donation Settings" tab.
Enable Mailing Addresses: Locate the setting "Would you like to collect mailing addresses of Givers?" and enable it.
Save: Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Once this setting is enabled, Givers will be prompted to enter their mailing addresses after making their donation.
