Changing Your Custom URL
If you want to update the custom URL for your current campaign:
- Let us know the new custom URL you’d like to use by clicking the Contact Us button below.
- We’ll take care of the update and confirm once it’s done.
Transferring a Custom URL to a New Campaign
If you want to reuse the custom URL from an old campaign on a new one, follow these steps:
Step 1: Create Your New Campaign
- Go ahead and create your new campaign.
- When you’re setting it up, leave the custom URL field empty. Don’t worry—we’ll transfer the custom URL for you!
Step 2: Contact Us
- Once your new campaign is live, let us know by clicking the Contact Usbutton below. Be sure to include:
- The custom URL you want to transfer.
- The title of your new campaign.
Step 3: We’ll Handle the Transfer
- Our team will update the old campaign’s custom URL to free it up.
- Then, we’ll assign the original custom URL to your new campaign.
- We’ll confirm with you once everything is set up.
Important Notes
- Do not delete your original campaign before transferring the URL. Deleting the campaign will freeze the custom URL for 15 days, making it unavailable for immediate use.
