How to Manage Your Campaign Data and Donation Reports

Use Donation Reports to Track Your Campaign’s Progress

Understanding how to manage your campaign data is essential for tracking progress, analyzing supporter behavior, and staying organized. GiveSendGo's Campaign Data section gives you access to donation reports, mailing addresses, prayer emails, and more—all in one place. By staying on top of your donation reports and supporter messages, you can:

  • Understand which efforts are driving the most engagement

  • Maintain accurate records for follow-ups and year-end reporting

  • Strengthen relationships with your givers

  • Improve transparency and trust with your community

This article covers how to view, download, and make the most of your campaign data on GiveSendGo.

To get started:

  1. Log into your GiveSendGo account
  2. Open the campaign dashboard of the campaign you'd like to manage
  3. Click Campaign Data in the menu
    1. You will be prompted to re-enter your password. This is the same password you used to sign into your account.

Viewing and Downloading Donation Reports

To access a complete breakdown of your campaign’s giving activity, select Donation Report in the Campaign Data dropdown. Reports includes donation IDs, dates, amounts, giver names (if provided), email addresses, comments, and referral codes.
