Need to use a custom URL you already have on a different campaign? No problem—we can help you move it over. Here’s what to do:
Go ahead and create your new campaign as usual. When setting it up, leave the custom URL field empty.
Once your new campaign is live, reach out to our support team. When you do, let us know you want to transfer an existing custom URL to a new campaign. Include the actual URL, as well as the title of your new campaign.
We'll free up the original custom URL from your old campaign. Then, we’ll assign it to your new campaign and confirm once it’s ready.
Do not delete the old campaign before the transfer is complete. If a campaign is deleted, the custom URL will be frozen for 15 days and unavailable to use immediately. If you’re unsure about any part of the process, just reach out to us and our team will be happy to assist.
