How to Edit Your Campaign (Title, Story, Media, Goal)
A great campaign isn't built in one sitting—it grows. Every change made to your story, goal, or media is a chance to connect more deeply with the people who want to help. You can make these changes anytime from your campaign dashboard.
How to Access Campaign Edit
- Log into your GiveSendGo account
- Click Campaign Dashboard to open your campaign dashboard
- In the dashboard, click Manage Campaign
- Click Campaign Edit to begin making changes
Edit Your Campaign Goal
- In the Basics section, you can change your goal amount or goal type
- Click Finished to save
Edit Title, Category, and Campaign Created By Name
In the Details section:
- Campaign Title: Update the title shown on your public campaign page
- Campaign Created By: Edit the Campaign Created By name shown on your campaign page
- Category: Adjust your category to help users find your campaign
- Donation to GiveSendGo: Choose how much you'd like to give back (optional)
Click Finished when done.
Edit Your Campaign Story and Media
In the Media section:
- Use the story text editor to revise your campaign story or message
- To replace your photo, click the Browse button
- To add or change a video, paste the video link for YouTube or Vimeo
When uploading a photo, keep the following in mind:
- File format: JPEG or PNG
- Ideal size: 16:9 aspect ratio (min. 800x450 pixels)
- Max file size: 5MB
- Need to resize? Try free tools like TinyPNG or Image Resizer
For Rumble videos, paste the embed iframe URL—not the page link. You can find the embed iframe URL below the video on Rumble.com.
Click Finished to apply your changes.
Add Additional Photos
To add additional images and videos to your campaign banner that your visitors can slide through:
- Log into your GiveSendGo account
- Navigate to your Campaign Dashboard
- Open the Manage Campaign menu option
- Select Image Gallery
- Upload images and add links to videos on Rumble, Vimeo, and YouTube
