How to Delete Your Campaign

If your campaign has ended or you’re ready to take it down, you can reach out to our support team via the Contact Us button to have it deleted.

Deleting a campaign is permanent, so be sure you really want your campaign deleted before submitting your request.

What to Include in Your Request

1. Your name
   
2. The email address associated with your GiveSendGo account
   
3. Your campaign URL
   
4. A clear request to delete the campaign
   
5. The reason for your request
   

Funds Must Be Resolved Before Deletion

Before we can delete your campaign, its balance must be zero.

1. If there’s still money in your campaign, we’ll help you complete a payout or refund your givers
   
2. If no money was raised, we can process your request right away
   

What Happens After Your Campaign Is Deleted

1. The campaign and all associated content will be permanently removed from GiveSendGo
   
2. The campaign URL will be deactivated
