How to Close Your GiveSendGo Campaign and Refund Your Givers

Closing Your Campaign and Refunding Your Givers

GiveSendGo is built on generosity, and that includes refunding your givers should you need to close a campaign. Our support team can walk you through the process.

Close Your Campaign and Refund Your Givers

Reach out to us via the Contact Us button and include:
  1. Your campaign URL
  2. A clear request to close your campaign and refund your givers
  3. The reason you’re closing the campaign

Important Notes

Fees are not refunded. Refunds don't include original processing fees or any gifts made to GiveSendGo.

Currency differences may affect refund amounts. If your campaign received donations in a different currency than your payout currency, refunded amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate differences at the time the refund is processed.
