If you would like to close your campaign and issue refunds to your givers, you’ll need to contact our support team to submit your request.

How to Request a Campaign Closure and Refund

Reach out to us and include:
  1. Your campaign URL
  2. A clear request to close your campaign and refund your givers
  3. The reason you’re closing the campaign

Important Notes

Fees Are Not Refunded

Refunds don’t include original processing fees or any gifts made to GiveSendGo.

Currency Matters

If your campaign received donations in a different currency than your payout currency, refunded amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate differences at the time the refund is processed.
