Your campaign has completed verification. If
you're still seeing “Recipient Details” in your campaign dashboard
instead of “Payouts,” that means your campaign hasn't been verified and
payouts can’t be initiated.
Your funds are eligible for payout. Your
first payout will become available 5 days after you receive your first
donation. After that, new donations are added to your available balance
on a 3-day rolling basis.
You are the recipient. Only
campaign recipients can initiate a payout. Campaign owners cannot
request payouts unless they are also listed as the recipient.
If
these requirements are met, you’re ready to request a payout. If you’d
like a deeper breakdown of payout timelines, processing windows, and how
manual and automatic payouts work, check out our article Accessing and Managing Your Funds. Initiate a Payout
- Log into your GiveSendGo account
- Open your Campaign Dashboard
- Go to the Payouts section
- Decide on your preferred payout type:
Manual Payouts
Manual
payouts let you decide when to withdraw funds from your campaign. You
can request a payout for your full available balance or choose to
withdraw only part of it.
To submit a manual payout, simply click the Send Payout Request
button in the Payouts section of your campaign dashboard. Once
submitted, your payout will begin processing and you’ll receive a
confirmation email. Funds typically arrive in your bank account within
2–3 business days.
If you don’t see the Send Payout Request
button, it usually means your donations have not finished processing.
Check back once the processing window has passed. If the button still
doesn’t appear after that point, contact to us and we’ll take a deeper
look for you.
Partial Payouts
Only need a portion of your available funds? You can request a partial payout any time. To request a partial payout:
- Submit a manual payout request through the Payouts section of your campaign dashboard
- Contact us and include the following:
- Your campaign URL
- The amount you’d like to withdraw
Automatic Payouts
To set up recurring payouts:
- Choose your payout frequency:
- Weekly
- Biweekly
- Monthly
- Set your Start Date
- Click Save
As
long as you have funds in your available balance that meet the minimum
threshold, your funds will be automatically transferred according to
your chosen schedule.
If a Payout Fails
If
a payout fails due to incorrect or incomplete banking information, the
funds will automatically return to your available balance. Our team will
reach out with instructions on how to update your bank details. Once
you do, the payout will automatically reattempt using the updated
information.
