Giving on GiveSendGo is fast, easy, and secure. Here’s how you can make a one-time or recurring donation to support a cause that matters to you.

Donation Process Overview

Step 1: Start Your Donation

1. Visit the campaign page you want to support
   
2. Click the Give button
   
3. Select your donation type:
   
1. Single Donation: A one-time gift
   
2. Monthly Subscription: A recurring donation to sustain the campaign over time
   
4. Enter the amount you wish to give
   

Consider helping keep GiveSendGo free by adding a tip to support our mission. This is completely optional, but your generosity helps us cover operational costs so we can continue serving givers, campaign owners, and recipients without imposing platform fees.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

1. Email Address: Provide your email to receive a receipt
   
2. Name: Enter your first and last name
   
1. If you prefer anonymity, select the option to hide your name from public view
   
3. 
   Donation Name: Choose how your gift appears, either using your name or a custom pseudonym
   
4. Follow This Campaign: Opt-in to receive future updates about the campaign
   
5. Message: Add an encouraging message for the recipient
   

Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method

GiveSendGo offers multiple secure payment options to make giving easy and safe. Learn about all the payment methods we support here.

Bank Transfer via Link — Your Secure, 1-Click Checkout

At checkout, you’ll see multiple secure payment options. If you’ve used Link before, or want a faster checkout experience, you can select Link to complete your donation. Link is a secure payment service that lets you give without re-entering your bank details each time, making checkout quicker—especially if you donate often on GiveSendGo.

When choosing Link as your payment method:

1. Select Bank as your payment method on the donation form
   
2. Search for and select your bank
   
3. Enter your email address or mobile phone number
   

What happens next depends on whether you’ve used Link before:

1. First-time Link users will be prompted to securely save their bank details as part of setting up a Link account
   
2. Returning Link users will receive a verification code to confirm the donation
   

Once verified, your donation will be processed securely.

GiveSendGo cannot manage Link accounts. If you need help with your Link account, including login issues or verification problems, please visit Link support for assistance.

Step 4: Confirm and Complete Your Donation

1. Review your donation details
   
2. Click GIVE to complete your donation
   
3. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your donation is successfully processed
