How to Manage or Cancel a Recurring Donation (Subscription)

Recurring donations, also called Subscriptions, are a great way to provide consistent support to a campaign you care about. If you need to update your payment information or stop your monthly donation on GiveSendGo, here’s how you can quickly manage your subscription.

Updating Your Payment Information

Keeping your payment information up to date ensures uninterrupted support, and it's easy to do on GiveSendGo. Just follow these steps:

  • Log into your GiveSendGo account
  • Navigate to My Donations from your account dashboard
  • Locate the donation you want to update under Subscription Donations
  • Click on the Manage button on the subscription card to access your payment details
  • Enter your new payment details
  • Click the green Update Payment button

Cancelling a Monthly (Recurring) Donation

If you would like to stop your recurring donation:

  • Log into your GiveSendGo account
  • Go to My Donations
  • Find the donation you wish to cancel in the Subscription Donations section
  • Click Stop on the specific donation card
  • Select Stop to end the recurring donation
  • Type STOP in the confirmation dialog box and submit to finalize the cancellation

After cancellation, no further charges will occur. You’re welcome to start a new recurring donation anytime if you wish to resume your support.
