How to Request Access to Update Your Bank Account Update

To update your payout bank account:

  1. Reach out to us by sending an email to support@givesendgo.com from the email address associated with your GiveSendGo account.
  2. In your message, include:
    1. Your campaign URL
    2. A note stating you would like to update your bank account information

Once we receive your request, our support team will guide you through the secure update process.

InfoWhen updating the bank account linked to your campaign, you’ll be prompted to enter your password. This is the same password you use to log in to your GiveSendGo account—it’s required to confirm that it’s really you making the change.
