How to Update Your Connected Bank Account
To update your payout bank account:
- Reach out to us from the email address associated with your GiveSendGo account.
- In your message, include:
- Your campaign URL
- Mention that you’d like to update the bank account connected to your campaign
Once we receive your request, our support team will provide instructions for securely updating your bank account information.
When
updating the bank account linked to your campaign, you’ll be prompted
to enter your password. This is the same password you use to log in to
your GiveSendGo account—it’s required to confirm that it’s really you
