When you request a payout on GiveSendGo, you may notice its status change as the transfer moves through different stages. This article breaks down what each payout status means, what’s happening behind the scenes, and what to expect next. If Your Payout Is Still Processing
After identity verification, payouts don’t happen instantly. Once you’ve requested a payout, you'll likely see it marked as Processing, it means the transfer has been initiated and accepted by our payout system.
While a payout is processing the payout details or connected bank account can’t be changed. Since most payouts finish processing within the standard 2–3 business day window, you won't likely need to take any action while your payout is processing. The status will update automatically to transferred once your payout is complete.
If Your Payout Is On Hold
In some cases, a payout may be marked On Hold. This indicates that the payout cannot move forward until additional information is received or a review is completed. If this happens, you’ll receive an email from our team explaining what’s needed. Once the hold is resolved, the payout will resume automatically.
When Your Payout Is Transferred
When the payout status updates to Transferred, your payout has been sent to your connected bank account. At that point, when you’ll see the funds deposited into your account depends on your bank’s posting schedule.
You don’t need to take any action while your payout is processing, on hold, or once it’s been transferred—your status will update automatically as things move forward.
If something doesn’t look right, or if you have questions about your payout status, timing, or next steps, feel free to reach out to our support team. We’re happy to take a closer look and help however we can.
