Understanding Payout Statuses

When you request a payout, its status will update as the transfer moves through different stages.

Processing

Processing means the transfer has been initiated and accepted by our payout system. Most payouts finish processing within 2–3 business days and don't require any action from you. The status will update to Transferred automatically once complete.
Info
While a payout is processing, the payout details and connected bank account can't be changed.

On Hold

On Hold means the payout can't move forward until additional information is received or a review is completed. If this happens, you'll receive an email from our team explaining what's needed. Once the hold is resolved, the payout will resume automatically.

Transferred

Transferred means your payout has been sent to your connected bank account. When the funds appear in your account depends on your bank's posting schedule.
