In addition, our Trust & Safety team conducts an internal review to confirm that:
- The recipient’s relationship to the intended beneficiary is appropriate and verifiable.
- The campaign information is consistent, transparent, and aligned with the stated purpose.
These combined reviews help ensure that donations are distributed to legitimate recipients and trustworthy causes.
2. Ongoing Monitoring
We continuously monitor donation activity and campaign behavior for irregular or misleading patterns.
If a campaign raises concerns, our Trust & Safety team may place it on hold while the matter is reviewed.
This proactive oversight helps maintain a safe and credible giving environment.
