GiveSendGo accounts can't be deleted directly from your account settings. Deletion is handled by our support team for security and verification purposes.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To request deletion, Contact Us and include your name and an explicit request to delete your account. Our team will confirm and complete the deletion.

Funds Must Be Resolved First

If your account is connected to a fundraiser with funds remaining, we can't close the account until all funds have been transferred or refunded. Our team will help you complete a transfer or refund your givers before deletion proceeds.

What Happens After Deletion

• You won't be able to log in to your account
• All fundraisers associated with your account will be permanently removed
• You will no longer have access to your donation history
• Personal data not required for legal compliance will be deleted
