Deleting Your GiveSendGo User Account

GiveSendGo accounts can't be deleted directly from your account settings. Requests to delete user accounts are handled by our support team for security and verification purposes.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To delete your account, reach out to us via the Contact Us button and include:

1. Your name
   
2. An explicit request to delete your account
   

Once our team receives your request, we'll ask for confirmation before proceeding with deleting your account.

Funds Must Be Resolved

If your account is connected to a fundraisers that has raised funds, we won't be able to close your account until all funds have been paid out or refunded. If there's still money in your fundraisers, our team will help you complete a transfer or refund your givers.

What Happens After Deletion

1. You won't be able to log in
   
2. All your fundraisers will be permanently removed
   
3. You will no longer have access to your donation history
   
4. Any personal data not required for legal compliance will be deleted
